How do I shop online?

Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy and secure. You may always view the items you have added to your Shopping Cart by clicking the 'Shopping Cart' button on the top right of any page. Once you are viewing the contents of your shopping bag, you may adjust quantities in your bag by changing the number to the right of items, and then by clicking 'update total' after all quantity adjustments have been made.

How do I checkout?

Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping bag, choose your shipping destination then click on the 'Checkout' button in your shopping cart. This will then direct you to your PayPal account to proceed with payment. Please note that your shipping cost is calculated and added at the PayPal transaction stage.

Item availability

The item availability is listed in the product details page. All colors and sizes available will be shown and available to add to the shopping bag. Colors and sizes that are unavailable will display 'Sold Out' on the product image. Although I make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on my site, occasionally I do sell out of certain products. If I am out of stock on an item that you've ordered, I will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Will there be GST added to my order?

No, GST is included on your purchase, so there will be no hidden fees and charges at checkout.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes, occasionally I offer custom orders which will be announced via my Facebook and Instagram pages. Please ensure you follow both pages to ensure you don't miss out.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! The Home of Bow ships to New Zealand, the United Kingdom and United States.

Which Payment Methods do you accept?

I accept PayPal as a form of payment.

How can I track my order?

Please feel free to contact me at if you require a tracking number for your order. Please note that within Australia, orders with a postage charge of $8.50 and over will be forwarded with tracking.

When will my order will shipped?

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 11am AEST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 1 business day pending availability and payment verification. Payment received via e-cheque will not be forwarded until funds are cleared. All orders placed after 11am AEST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11am AEST will begin processing on the following Monday. I will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock due to an unforeseen circumstance. *Please note that delivery time does not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.

Merchandise sold on my site is intended for personal use only, and not for resale. I reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes. All designs remain the intellectual property of Oh Baby.
